We are happy to announce that our new container of machine pressed 2 liter beer boots arrived yesterday! To celebrate, we filled it up with 2 frosty liters of Weissbier (it was hot in MN yesterday and refreshing wheat beer sounded perfect) and passed it around the office after hours. One of our interns was the Das Boot champion, finishing the boot after my last attempt. In return, I will come to the office in one of our lederhosen costumes within the next week…

About our 2 liter boot:

Our 2 liter boot was modeled off of the traditional 2 liter mouth blown boot made by Rastal and Sahm. The big difference between the two lies in the thickness of the sole of the boot. Our 2 liter boot can withstand much more abuse than mouth blown boots and even a lot more than most other machine pressed 2 liter boots available.
